Braces!

What a day today has been for Kaitlyn, a rite of passage I guess you could call it. She got braces! Carl has them now and I had them when I was her age, so I believe we prepared her well. I gave her Tylenol before we went which seemed to help. Afterwords she wanted to go to Noodles and Company for lunch. She likes their mac n cheese.

I figured before the real pain kicks in she should eat,and she enjoyed it. It will be fun to watch her the next few weeks when everyone begins to see them. She looks so cute with them and I love the blue rubber bands she picked. My little girl is growing up! She should have them on for 2 years. Smile beautiful!!
